Return Request Process
1. Can I Return an Item?
- Yes, you can return an item if it meets the criteria outlined below.
2. How to Request a Return?
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product by completing the return request form using the following link: Submit a Return or Exchange Request
- Important Note: You must apply for the return using the link provided. (We kindly request you to submit return requests through the provided link for a seamless experience. This helps keep the process sorted and quick.)
3. (Or) Automated Return Option:
- Complete the return request form at the link provided above.
- Once submitted, an automatic link will be generated to pay ₹120 for return pickup.
- After the return is processed, customers will receive a credit note through the system.
- You will receive a notification regarding the status of your request within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
- Requests submitted on weekends will be processed on Monday.
Condition of Return:
- The product must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear and tear.
- Returns may be refused if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled. Defective products don't need to be returned unless confirmed by our customer experience team. Please email images of defective products to care@nangaliaruchira.com. Once confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one.
When You Are Not Eligible for a Return
- If you don't support your claim with sufficient information.
- If the product is damaged/stained or failed to include the tag.
- Claims must be submitted the same day if the item was stolen.
- If, prior to our inspection, you used the goods or disposed of the package.
- If you apply after 72 hours of parcel delivery.
Return Options
Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following options:
1.Replacement:
If the size doesn’t fit, you can request a replacement by filling out the Return or Exchange Request Form. Alternatively, you can use the return feature via the WhatsApp button on our website or complete the online return form for a seamless, automated experience. Once submitted, an automatic link will be generated to pay a ₹120 processing fee.
Once the return is processed, you'll receive a credit note. Use it to place a new order for the correct size, and the whole process will take 8-10 working days to complete.
2. Credit Note:
The credit note equals the total amount you paid. Use it for a size exchange or a new purchase,valid for 180 days from the date you receive it.
Reverse Pickup
1. Pickup Availability: Reverse pickups are subject to availability in your area pin codes.
2. Pickup Attempts: The reverse pickup will be attempted only once. If it fails, you must return the item to the following address:

Please ensure the parcel includes:
- Your full name (as on the order)
- The correct order ID/number
- Your phone number (if no order number is available)
- The exact number and correct items you wish to return
Failure to provide the correct details or items may result in delays or rejection of the return process.
3. Pickup Charges: We provide reverse pickup services with a ₹120 processing fee to help sustain our small business.

Incorrect Products Picked Up
- Mismatch or Incorrect Products:
- If a customer sends a return parcel with items that do not match the original purchase (e.g., wrong product, quantity mismatch, or items from a competitor brand), the parcel will be inspected during the quality check. If the return is found to be incorrect, it will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Quantity of Products:
- If a customer returns additional quantities beyond what was purchased, the return request will be declined.
- If a lesser number of products are returned, but the customer requests a return for more products than originally purchased, they will need to return the remaining products to receive a credit note.
- In such cases, the customer must return the parcel if they wish to receive a credit note.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
- In cases of incorrect products sent or mismatched, the customer will not be authorised to receive a credit note.
Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct product, quantity, and brand are selected at the time of purchase.
- We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalising the purchase to avoid discrepancies.
Refund Processing
1. Refund Method:
So,as per our policy, we can refund your amount in the form of a credit note. This credit note can be used to buy anything from our store. This credit note is equal to the total amount you paid for your order.
For Issuance of credit note,we will book a reverse shipment from your location. Your parcel will be picked in 3-4 days. As soon as we receive the parcel and it passes the QC(Please make sure the product is unused and has tags intact),we will issue you a credit note.
It will take 3 to 4 days to receive your parcel. Once we receive your parcel, we will give you a credit note.
Note: Please note that this credit note is valid for 3 months and functions like a coupon code.
